Staff very friendly. Sergio helped us with a smooth check-in with a map of all the attractions and good directions and responded to all our questions. The lady on check out(I am sorry I didn't get her name)helped me to get coffee early in the morning (is a must for me 😀)and called us a taxi on check out,very nice check out and super friendly. Both speak English very well 🙏 The gentleman at the bar made nice coffees and prepared the croissants for us,really professional and kind. The beds and linen very nice,the shampoo and conditioner are really good,nice towels too. Thank you guys for helping with my coffess early morning, I am really terrible if I don't have my usual coffee and this helped me have a lovely day.It was very nice to see you all smiling all the time.

We like this hotel for our short stay during a long trip. Good beds, big bath, good breakfast, very good smell when we arrive to the lobby.😃 just a little bit of usage can be seen now after the years. Close to many shopping options and by car only 10-15 mins from the city center. Good parking. This hotel is like a comfort food. Even if we arrive really tired, we have the same good quality of service, in winter, summer, autumn or spring. Thank you!

Good hotel. Pros: Its more between 3 and 4 stars. The area is Safe, there are 2 buses that can take you to Venice. A big Supermarket is close by. Good breakfast, but only 1 type of cheese, and low quality ones, bad expresso, no natural juices. The quality of the breakfast could be better compared to other 4star hotels. Realy good and big beds. 2m by 2m. Good sound insonorisation. Free parking.

We did not take breakfast, as it is a bit too expensive for what we usually have. The hotel and the staff though is excellent. The location is very good if you get ther in your own car, as it is in a business area. I would definitely repeat the place with no doubt There is a bus station in front of the hotel, which takes you directly to the center of Venice

Neat and clean room. The location is outside the center, but you can get to the center very quickly and easily by car. The train station is a 5-minute drive from the hotel. Flexible arrival time (they allowed us to check in earlier). I would definitely recommend it.
